The kids dont mind the taste.
The hardest thing with fish oils is for it to be yummy enough that they will take it or in a form that they can easily take. We went through a few different kinds before we came across this product. My six year olds dont mind taking a spoon of this with their breakfast. My three years olds are not ready to take this on its own yet but dont mind taking a 1/2 spoon in a bit of yogurt or applesauce with breakfast. I am happy with Nutra Sea Kids for my kids.
