Mental Health, Plus Plus Plus!

This Vitamin B Complex formula from Prairie Naturals has been part of my spouse and I’s daily breakfast shake routine for many many years now. It is a very good quality B Complex as this is the one that we saw a good difference when we started taking it after trying numerous brands previously. Taking it in liquid format for better absorption is a must! The prices have increased over the years indeed, but the National Nutrition price point cannot be beaten. If you’re looking for a good solid B Complex with good absorption, for mental health/nervous system overall, plus of course many other benefits of Vitamin B, consider this particular brand. The taste seems to work with our various shakes as well just to note. Thanks to NN for keeping this in stock for us always!

B Vit Quickie

B Vitamins are so important for so many bodily functions not least of which gut health! More and more a link is being made between gut health and healthy immunity. Go figure! We have taken Multi B Vit in capsule form for years and are finding this liquid form works more efficiently. Plus far less fillers. Kind of wonder how much magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose is too much? So none of that here. We also trust Prairie Naturals, they seem quite conscientious with what goes into their products.

Great B Complex

I find a much better energy from this product than any other B supplements I have taken. So easy to take and tastes great. Effective, no adverse reactions. Easy to ingest and no stomach ache. The taste is also fairly good for being sugar free. Gives me energy, makes my hair, skin and nails beautiful too. Definitely worth the money

I trust the quality and purity of the producer, and prefer this to other forms of B complexes.....it doesn't add to my load of magesium stearate, and I actually LIKE the taste of it mixed into a glass of water and a little ACV! Call me weird!
