- Meanwhile, use this time to chop your fruits, pit your plum and remove skin from your cucumber.
- Combine all above ingredients into your blender, and bring your contents to a drinkable consistency.
- Sit back, sip and enjoy!
Make It This Way
To make this smoothie a little less on the sweet side, try only adding half of the grapes it calls for, or better yet, don’t add them at all. To add an extra boost to your morning, try adding unflavored whey, rice or hemp protein.

Enjoy!
I love green tea and I personally very much like for it to be a bitter brew (which is one reason why I am so very fond of the antioxidant-rich sencha tea variety). But, this said, I am also a fan of sweeter teas, particularly sweeter green teas, because the earthy flavor takes on a new profile and is elevated in the background of sweetness. Grapes, especially chilled or cold, add a most wonderful and refreshing sweetness: I think that it is simply brilliant of you to leverage the flavor of grapes in this sweet tea recipe. And, I bet that the honeydew has a similar effect!
