What foods have zinc? Oysters, poultry, beans, nuts and seafood and although zinc is naturally present in many foods, zinc deficiency, unfortunately, is not rare. These different forms of zinc are available in many formats including lozenges.
Zinc Supplement Formats
Zinc is available as a standalone supplement in tablet and capsule form and is also commonly available in lozenges, syrups, and nasal sprays.
