Hard time waking up

This product makes me sleep faster, but waking up several time at night and when the alarm rang I felt like a truck hit me.

Very effective

I normally get the slow release version, but made a mistake and bought the regular one. This works well though, and after forgetting it one night I realized how effective it is, and it’s only 2mg.
I don’t wake up groggy at all.

Seems to help

I like to use a lower dose melatonin and this brand works for me. i can't validate the time release aspect as I wake through the night with or without it. The price is right and it does help me fall asleep, just not to stay asleep. However, no brand of melatonin keeps me from waking through the night. I use it in combination with magnesium.

I Appreciate the Time Release

I appreciate that this product is time-released. Its hard to find a low-dose time-release melatonin so I was glad to find this product. With melatonin more is not better and in fact too high a dose may have a stimulating effect. Two miligrams released over the night is just right for me to get a good nights sleep. If I am feeling particularly stressed out I take two but one is normally enough. I am surprised more melatonin products are not time-released because it really helps me to sleep through the night or at least until 5-6 am rather than waking at 3 am all the time like I used to with regular melatonin. I would recommend this product to anyone with problems sleeping.

About Melatonin
