Super B Complex
The vitamin B complex is a grouping of vitamins that work together in perfect balance and harmony. Since it is easy to disrupt this delicate balance, (through taking too much of just one B-vitamin, for example), the B-vitamins are usually found as a "complex." This provides a foolproof method of getting all your B-vitamins in just the right quantity. Nature too provides the B-vitamins in complex form.
The B-vitamins include: B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cyanocobalamin), B15 (pangamic acid), biotin, choline, inositol, folic acid and PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid.

The richest sources of the B-vitamins are brewer's yeast, liver, whole grain cereals, and yeasts, molds, bacteria and fungi. Unfortunately, this poses a problem for people with allergies. To compound the problem, many vitamin B supplements are highly allergenic.
This superior vitamin B formulation contains the full spectrum of B vitamins in their purest form. Vitamin B2 is supplied as Riboflavin-5-Phosphate, and vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate. These two forms are far better absorbed by the body than standard riboflavin and pyridoxine. The B-vitamins are enclosed in a pull-apart gelatin capsule, making the inclusion of chemical additives unnecessary.
