Dosage
Mix 1 scoop of RAVE with 200ml of cold water immediately prior to consumption. Take up to 2 scoops per day at least 3-4 hours apart. RAVE helps to promote mental alertness, endurance and enhance cognitive and motor performance.

If those symptoms occur discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Hypersensitivity/allergy to caffeine is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. May cause digestive problems.
